1. Provider

2. Service

The site lets you open a file with an electronic signature in the XAdES format in your browser, see the document, the signature details and the attachments, and save the document. Files are processed only on your device.

The site is not affiliated with any public authority. The signature details are for information only and are not a qualified validation of the signature under the eIDAS Regulation.

3. Technical requirements

An up-to-date web browser with JavaScript turned on.

4. Payments

Viewing a document is free. Saving and printing may be paid, at the prices shown before you buy. The seller is Creem (creem.io), which takes the payment and issues the receipt.

The purchase is digital content delivered at once. By starting the download before the withdrawal period ends, a consumer agrees to immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right to withdraw from the contract.

5. Complaints

Send complaints to shidin@shidin.com. We reply within 14 days. You can also raise payment complaints directly with Creem.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the site working, but we can't guarantee that every file can be read. We are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of the signature details shown on the site.

7. Final provisions

These terms apply from [DATE]. We announce changes on this page. The Polish version prevails.
